I hereby waive any claim for damages that may arise due to injury to my person or property or personal (slander, libel, etc.) and advertising injury whether caused by an act of The Reserve At Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., its agents and/or members acting on it’s behalf or myself.
