WAIVER AND RELEASE
By registering on this website, I am granting permission to The Reserve at Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. to post my personal information, which may include name, address, phone number(s), and email address, to the Reserve at Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association website for other HOA members to view.
I understand that this information is intended for current and prospective homeowners' use and to better communicate with current homeowners association members. I realize my information will never be sold or fortuitously given out.
I hereby waive any claim for damages that may arise due to injury to my person or property or personal (slander, libel, etc.) and advertising injury whether caused by an act of The Reserve at Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association, Inc. its agents, members acting on its' behalf or myself. I also understand that I may choose not to have my contact information viewable on the website.
I acknowledge the confidential nature of information which may be posted on this site and agree not to reproduce or divulge the same without the written consent of the The Reserve at Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association's Board of Direcors.
