Our community consists of 38 single family carriage homes,
constructed on building footprint lots.
We are governed by our Homeowners Association.
We share an entrance with our neighboring community.
Our neighboring community consists of 29
single family townhomes,
that were also built by Iacobucci.
Whiteland Hills Homeowners Association
is separate from ours.
Both communities were formed under the
Uniform Planned Community Act
and are Pennsylvania Non Profit Corporations.
