Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in our community.

This website will provide you
with
helpful information
regarding our community, and
our homeowners association.

About Our Community

Privately situated, yet conveniently located,
you'll feel the difference that living in a cozier,
more distinctive neighborhood offers.

The Reserve At Whiteland Hills
is a private community of luxurious carriage homes,
located in an abundance of open space,
worlds away from the congestion of
oversized developments.

From its exclusive size, to its entry guardhouse and
its lighted walking path, The Reserve is a community
that you'll be proud to call home.

Designed especially for The Reserve, these carriage homes
are architecturally designed to be impressive on the outside,
elegant and spacious on the inside.

The impressive facades include stone accents and
front gables that are a hallmark of traditional
Chester County homes.

The interiors include dramatic high ceilings
on the first floor, gourmet kitchens,
airy family rooms, and luxurious master suites.

The Reserve at Whiteland Hills offers convenient access
to important business centers, as well as
world class shopping, restaurants, and recreational activities.

From The Reserve, you can easily reach the
Pennsylvania Turnpike, the Schuylkill expressway,
Route 202, or Route 30, giving your access to the heart of
Chester County as well as Montgomery, Delaware,
and Philadelphia Counties

The community features beautiful belgian block curbed streets,
sidewalks, and a lighted community walking path.

We are one of two developments in the Whiteland Hills community,
governed by two separate homeowners associations.

About Our Homeowners Association

Our HOA
is The Reserve At Whiteland Hills
Homeowners Association, Inc., formed under the
Uniform Planned Community Act.

We are a non-profit corporation.

Our Declaration of Covenants is the document
that describes and binds the
relationship and obligations
of the owners and community association.
 Its provisions include items
such as deed restrictions,
budget and finance requirements,
maintenance obligations, insurance provisions,
and liability.

The By-Laws are administrative rules,
guidelines, and requirements that are
based upon the declaration and
the articles of incorporation.
They also detail the authority and responsibility
of the board and specify members' rights.

Rules and Regulations may be established
from time to time, for the enforcement
of the governing documents.

Community Standards were established by the developer,
and any changes to the exterior features of the units
must be approved by the ACC and/or

adopted by the Board of Directors.
